Amazing staff & practice all around! I absolutely love my hygienist Katie, she’s always amazing. All of the assistants are very kind and welcoming. The girls up front are just wondering, Shannon & Jen <3 And lastly, Dr. Harding, what a joy to be around and overall an amazing doctor. I’m thankful to have found this office for my dental needs & would highly recommend it for anyone looking!!!!

I have neglected my teeth for years due to past experiences. (my stomach was doing flip flops after I made the appointment). Everyone made me feel very comfortable, everything was explained simply. Can't say I look forward to the work that will have to be done, but I have a feeling my anxiety level won't be very high.

WIth having a HUGE fear of dentists, my 1st contact was the front desk staff and they were SOOO welcoming! Then I met Jaci and she was very comforting and reassuring. I felt so comfortable with Dr. Harding. He has an AMAZING calming demeanor and explains everything in a way you can understand. I still have a fear, but I will go back to my next scheduled appointment and face my fears with support and true caring and compassion from everyone at this office.

Dr. Harding and the entire staff at Dentistry of West Bend are well trained, professional, compassionate, and it is a pleasure be a patient in their care. They took such good care of my mom when she was in assisted living and while on hospice care. When we moved to the area I was happy the Dr. Harding was still taking new patients.

I hate going to the Dentist but your friendly and caring staff has always made it a pleasant experience. Everyone is so kind and friendly you feel so cared for. Dr. Harding always explains everything so well. So far I’ve always had a positive experience. Definitely five stars for all who work there.

Nicole has been providing great care as a dental hygienist for West Bend Dentistry. Also, Dr. Harding is an exceptional dentist who helped create a plan for meeting my needs while utilizing insurance benefits appropriately. He is thorough in explaining his treatment plan while making things easy to understand. Shannon is very courteous and professional in all aspects of running things in the office. It has been a very positive experience getting dental care at West end Dentistry.

I always enjoy my visits to the office! As someone whose mom was a dental assistant growing up, I became very particular about my Dentists. The receptionists are always kind and quick to say hello. The hygienists are personable and kind. Overall, I always feel well taken care of. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Great experience! Just went to my first appointment and they were so helpful and so informative. I had been going to another local dental office and I am so mad I didn't switch sooner. Dentistry of West Bend found some problems that should have been addressed a long time ago but the prior place really dropped the ball. Dentistry of West Bend explained my next steps very well and didn't overwhelm. Definitely recommend!

A Consistently excellent and a wonderful customer experience . Every process is explained well and decisions are made in consultation with the patient with costs and options openly explained ( as it should be but often isn’t other places ) My wife and I are certain that Dr Harding and group are acting solely in our best interests .

I've struggled with severe dental anxiety, leading to a prolonged gap since my last dental visit. In search of a compassionate dentist to guide me without judgment, my fiancé recommended Dr. Harding. From the moment I stepped in, I felt at ease. The office is very clean, modern, and overall, cozy. Dr. Harding's gentle and personable approach, along with his thorough explanations and awesome staff (shout out to Jackie), made me feel comfortable. I have the white knuckle syndrome at the dentist and hate changing dentists... Moving to the West Bend area required I find a new dentist... Dr. Harding and his staff are amazing! I had ZERO discomfort when getting a new crown! The staff is kind, caring and very concerned that you are comfortable. I have found my new forever dentist in West Bend!

This was our 1st time here and we were greeted right away with a big smile and welcome. Dr. Harding and the dental hygienist was fantastic with explaining to Dad that is 97 years old. When we got into the car my dad said I really understood what he was going to do and listened to what the problem was with my partial.

Best dentist and staff! They are all so kind, friendly, and the absolute best at their jobs! They go above and beyond for their patients. They take the time to really listen to our questions and concerns. We are so lucky to have Dr. Harding for our dentist and all of his staff for taking care of our dental needs. Exceptional!!.

I came half-way around the world for Dr. Harding to fix my cracked tooth! Seriously. I could not get this kind of dental care in France where I live. The process was totally professional and pain-free. The result is phenomenal. You would never suspect that the tooth was ever cracked. Many thanks to Dr. Harding, Jen, and Shannon for each doing their jobs so well. I will return for regular dental care, for sure!

Some times you don’t think about how valuable your dentist is until your in pain. Unfortunate really. Well when I needed Dr Harding the most he was there for me, and the day of my appointment made a game day decision to fix my teeth issues. Not only did he and his staff do this quickly they did it with extreme professionalism and kindness. I could not have asked for more! Truly lucky to have this team on my side.

First impressions are always meaningful. Moving from out of state and exploring different dentists in the area. I was very impressed with the professional and courteous attention received from Dr. Harding and his entire staff. I have discovered my dentist for now and the future. Have already made future appointments for myself and my wife.

If you’re nervous about or don’t look forward to (hello, I assumed everyone dreaded it) the dentist-you need to see Dr. Harding!! I’ve been putting it off for years, after a really painful last experience and I could not have felt more comfortable at the Dentistry of West Bend. From the lobby, to the front desk, to the dental hygienists, and especially Dr. Harding, everything puts you at ease. There’s so many options to help with the potential discomfort, they explain everything in a way that I feel heard; I just cannot say how grateful I am for them!!

My recent office visit to Dr. J. Harding's office for a cleaning and check up was excellent, just as is always the case. All the staff and Dr. Harding are very professional and responsive to any questions that are posed. In addition their work is excellent; the crowns Dr. Harding has placed have fit very well and been very comfortable - to the extent that I had forgotten which tooth the last one was placed on. I would highly recommend this practice to any family member or friend!

Dr. Harding is probably the finest dentist I've ever had. He cares about the quality of his work and he most surely cares about his patients! He is careful in the way he strategizes dental care and he works hard to make sure my husband and l receive the optimum outcome with any dental procedure he performs. My husband and l have serious heart issues and he has always gone the extra mile to ensure our safety and comfort. And l can't say enough good things about his staff. Shannon and Jen have always gone out of their way to make us comfortable and stress free at each visit. They are capable and kind and they do Dr. Harding proud in my opinion. I don't think we could get better dental care anywhere!

Dr. Harding is the best dentist I have ever had. Very professional in every way. His staff is outstanding and very professional. Nice group of people at Dentistry of West Bend. I use to go to "Paradise Dental Professionals" and had a bad experience there. When I tried to resolve it, the Dentists dropped my entire family from there facility with no explanation. Very unprofessional group of people (including the nasty nurse who intentionally argued with patience's). Thank God I found "Dentistry of West Bend" and Dr. Harding. My wife and kids love it there. Make the right choice for you and your family.

Everyone from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave is a great experience. All staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and organized. Dr. Harding takes the time to explain his processes and lets you decided how far you want to go and when. And bonus! For first timers, you get a goody bag when you leave! Would give them 10 stars if I could!

started going to Dentistry of West Bend six years ago. very professional, excels to the needs of the patients, great detail to what to expect with all of your dental procedures. Friendly atmosphere. I would strongly recommend visiting Dentistry of West Bend. I personally would never go elsewhere.

I’ve been a client at this business when it was still in the basement at the Clothes Clinic and a personal friend of Dr Tynerg When the business was sold , I wondered what changes would be made . Dr Harding has a 21st century approach to both the technology and customer satisfaction that is state of the art . The staff is effusively friendly and excel in explaining exactly what will happen and re-explaining along the way . Dr Harding sets the example by making sure you are aware of both the plan and the process to assure you of everything that will happen on his end . He will refer you out to another technically superb Dentist if the occasion arises for major surgery . My sense is that I have the Dentist for my “Golden years “ , safe in the knowledge that he and his staff are always operating in my best interest.

Dr. Jared Harding is an outstanding dentist. He is smart and extremely capable. He uses the latest techniques in all of his work and in addition to his exceptional ability he is immensely kind. He not only takes care of the dental issues that are presented but he also takes care to put his patients at ease and alleviate their concerns. His goal is to provide the best possible dental work and the kindest and most thoughtful dental care for his patients. His staff, from secretary Shannon to his hygienists and assistants, is as capable and thoughtful as is Dr. Harding. To be honest, this clinic is the only place my husband and I will ever go for our dental care. I would encourage all who are searching for the best dental care to do the same.

I'm not a patient here but I just called to try and squeeze in for an emergency appointment. Although they weren't able to get me in, Shannon the receptionist was extremely kind and was doing their best to try and accommodate me. I will definitely be making my next appointment here as my regular dentist doesn't have this great of service.

I am so fortunate to have found Dr Harding. I'm not a person given to overstatement, but I truly don't have enough superlatives to praise Dr Harding and his entire staff. Not only is Dr Harding a smart and capable dentist, he is kind and careful as well. I have a serious heart condition and he is continually watching out for me and making decisions that reflect what is best for me and my overall health. He not only takes wonderful care of my teeth but he takes care of me as well. Who could ask for more? It's been said that the team often reflects the leader and in this case I believe it to be true. Shannon, Jen, Lynn, and the other women on staff are the best extension of Dr Harding in both ability and attitude. They are unfailingly kind and helpful and generous with the information that I need. They are more than willing to answer my questions and alleviate my concerns. I highly recommend Dentistry of West Bend. I believe all who are fortunate enough to go here will receive the best possible care in every respect.

Doctor Jared is so kind and gentle. He listens to you and he is NEVER in a hurry. He has the most updated equipment and so easy to see all that he is doing with a screen so you can see your x-rays 👍. Staff is very caring. They treat you like family and you can tell they love their job and it shows. Office is very clean and love seeing the decor every time. Would give Dr. Harding a 10+.

Great staff, from the receptionist to the dental hygienist, or Dr Harding...everyone is great. I had to see Dr Harding outside of normal hours (Friday) due to incredible pain I was experiencing. He prescribed me some pain medication and antibiotics until I could see the root canal specialist on Monday, which helped relieve the pain and made it tolerable. I’ve also had some other procedures done and he is great with everything and very reasonable to talk to. Finally, the place is completely remodeled and state of the art. Everything is clean, updated with a contemporary feel to it...I can’t say enough good things, will recommend to anyone.

Dr. Jared saved my smile. I am a receptionist and my smile is very important to my job. I am the first person that clients see when they walk in the door to our office and a smile almost always does wonders to a bad day. I had a recently chipped front tooth and an ugly stain that bothered me for years - the stain was small but I knew it was there! Dr. Jared and Jen were so confident that it could be repaired that I was immediately relaxed and looking forward to the results. Dr. Jared matched the color of the tooth exactly - I got to work and smiled even though my lip was a bit numb yet from the anesthetic! Like most people I can be anxious when it comes to dental work done on me. However going to Dentistry of West Bend always puts my mind at ease. Dr. Jared Harding is extra gentle and has such a special care for his patients. He always makes sure you are comfortable. Not to mention his work is perfect, due to his meticulousness. His professional team of employees are so nice and they really care about you as well. I wouldn't want myself or my family to go anywhere else!!

Dr. Harding and his staff are wonderful! My appointment yesterday was very enjoyable. The office manager and dental assistants were so friendly and welcoming when I arrived. I had an appointment to replace one of my older fillings and also to have in-office whitening done. Dr. Harding took the time to adjust and polish my new filling until it was perfect. The entire staff made sure I was completely comfortable from start to finish. I've already received compliments on my brighter smile!
