We Welcome Dental Insurance

Dentistry of West Bend is part of the Delta Dental network, but we also accept and process other types of dental insurance. We will work closely with your insurance carrier to set up a payment system, and will happily provide an itemized estimate of all covered benefits for your treatment as well as any out of pocket expenses that may not be covered by your plan.

Please bring your insurance ID card with you on your initial visit so that we can easily contact your insurance company and expedite reimbursement. Also, keep us posted as to any changes to your coverage at subsequent visits so we can update your file.

Our Dental Membership Savings Plan

Dentistry of West Bend offers an in-house dental membership savings plan that is designed to grant affordable access to quality dental care for patients who don’t have dental insurance. We offer several savings plans to help you save money while protecting your smile and that of your family all year. We are happy to help you devise a suitable payment plan for your dental care. For our patients’ convenience, we accept payments via cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, and bank debit cards. We also accept CareCredit®, a specialized financing plan designed to help patients pay for medical and dental expenses.
