Shannon has been practice manager at Dentistry of West Bend since 2014. She loves her job because “everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission.”

As practice manager, Shannon enjoys being part of the patient experience and making it as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She loves to remind patients to “think of your smile as an investment.”

When she’s not working, Shannon enjoys attending concerts, movies, plays, playing games and listening to music. She also loves to be oceanside with palm trees and breathtaking views, and to laugh and make people laugh!
