What’s a dental membership plan?
Dentistry of West Bend offers an in-house dental membership savings plan that is designed to grant affordable access to quality dental care for patients. We offer several savings plans to help you save money while protecting your smile and that of your family all year.
Who is it for?
Our dental membership plan is specifically designed for our patients who do not have dental insurance. We want families to access quality dental care, which is why we offer coverage for adults, children, and those who need periodontal treatment.
Dental Membership Plan Options
Adults (14+)
This plan is perfect for our adult patients with healthy teeth and no periodontal disease, we offer a plan that provides preventive care and discounts on treatments.
Children
Our Child Plan is Suitable for patients age 13 and younger, and includes a comprehensive set of annual services. You may also purchase a plan for multiple children
Periodontal Care (14+)
The “Perio Plan” is specifically designed for our adult patients with symptoms of periodontal disease who need more care than is included in the adult plan.
